PROBLEM ASSUMPTION + SOLUTION
While talking to users of my other product, Joyed, I realized that a lot of people struggle with simply getting started on their goals. They don’t always know where to begin, and when things get hard, they’re not sure how to keep going. That often leads to people giving up — or never starting at all.
So that’s the problem I wanted to solve: We don’t always know where to start, and in tough moments, we don’t know how to keep moving.
The idea was to build a platform powered by AI that could take someone’s goal, along with some context about their situation, and give them a helpful guide. Not something strict or overwhelming — just a starting point and a way forward.
This time, I tried something new and built it as a web platform:

THE PROGRESS
Through talking to users of my other product, Joyed, I noticed a common problem that many people struggled with.
Tested the concept with street interviews in Zurich.
Launched the first version of the platform in just 4 weeks together with a freelance developer — a huge improvement compared to the 2 years it took to build another products of mine, Joyed.
Designed a clean and simple interface while development was already in progress, keeping things fast and flexible.
Launched the product and started spreading the word.
Just 3 weeks later, launched an updated version with improved user input for context — so the platform could generate even better, more relevant guides.
SOME OF MY LEARNINGS
Deepened my knowledge of what it takes to launch products efficiently.
Sharpened my skills in fast validation — testing ideas quickly and learning from real feedback.
Gained experience implementing AI into a web-based platform.
Improved my ability to identify the right problems to solve through user insights and testing.
